Soufflesong.com offers pre-order items, which will take longer to be processed, and we always list the processing time above, and we will update our information through email. We really thank you for your understanding and patience! For in stock items, the processing time is around 1-2 weeks. For customized order items, usually take 30-60 working days.

If you don’t like the item you bought, please contact our customer service within 4 days after you received your parcel. And if you want to return or exchange the items you don’t like, you need to pay for the shipping fees.
