Soufflesong.com offers pre-order items, which will take longer to be processed, and we always list the processing time above, and we will update our information through email. We really thank you for your understanding and patience! For in stock items, the processing time is around 1-2 weeks. For customized order items, usually take 30-60 working days.

We ship packages by international express companies and have three different shipping options!
DHL Shipping: 7-10 business day.
EMS Shipping: 8-12 business day
E-packet Shipping:  30-40 business day

If you don’t like the item you bought, please contact our customer service within 4 days after you received your parcel. And if you want to return or exchange the items you don’t like, you need to pay for the shipping fees. Thanks for your understanding. We accept returns and exchanges for the items (within 4 days after received) in original conditions which have NOT been washed, altered or used. If you find out the item you bought had quality problem, please contact our customer service within 3 days after you received your package. And we will help you to deal with the problem.
